The story so far
Sixteen years. Six chapters. One throughline.
From a first technology role troubleshooting on the ground, to leading enterprise technology across five countries — told the way it actually happened, not as a list of bullet points.

CurrentHead of IT Business Solutions (Enterprise Technology)
Enterprise technology at regional scale
In February 2022, Renjith stepped into a fast-growing, newly regulated FinTech and inherited a mandate that would only get bigger: enterprise technology across five countries — the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Germany and Vietnam — in support of a workforce that would grow past a thousand people.
The work was never just about keeping systems running. Practical, business-led AI adoption became a daily discipline: internal assistants, intelligent automation and developer productivity tooling, governed lightly enough to move fast and rigorously enough to hold up under scrutiny.
Alongside it, a quieter but equally demanding transformation — turning a sprawling technology portfolio into a disciplined one. SaaS rationalization, contract restructuring and competitive sourcing delivered more than $2M in savings, not by cutting capability, but by designing it better.
He rebuilt the digital workplace itself — identity, collaboration and service management — on JumpCloud, Slack Enterprise Grid, Jira and Notion, while strengthening the governance underneath: cybersecurity, audit readiness, business continuity, vendor risk. All of it running in parallel with rapid regional expansion, not in spite of it.
