In February 2022, Renjith stepped into a fast-growing, newly regulated FinTech and inherited a mandate that would only get bigger: enterprise technology across five countries — the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Germany and Vietnam — in support of a workforce that would grow past a thousand people.

The work was never just about keeping systems running. Practical, business-led AI adoption became a daily discipline: internal assistants, intelligent automation and developer productivity tooling, governed lightly enough to move fast and rigorously enough to hold up under scrutiny.

Alongside it, a quieter but equally demanding transformation — turning a sprawling technology portfolio into a disciplined one. SaaS rationalization, contract restructuring and competitive sourcing delivered more than $2M in savings, not by cutting capability, but by designing it better.

He rebuilt the digital workplace itself — identity, collaboration and service management — on JumpCloud, Slack Enterprise Grid, Jira and Notion, while strengthening the governance underneath: cybersecurity, audit readiness, business continuity, vendor risk. All of it running in parallel with rapid regional expansion, not in spite of it.

Before Tamara, there was a blank page: a brand-new hospitality operation with no technology environment at all. Renjith built it from the ground up — architecture, vendor selection, policy, support model — migrating legacy workloads to AWS and standing up secure multi-site connectivity ahead of go-live.

At Rasan Software House, the mandate was modernization: global infrastructure, cloud and security improvements, with AWS at the center of a disaster recovery program built to hold under pressure.

Five years at Musafir.com, one of the region's fastest-growing travel platforms, taught a different lesson: what it takes to keep global offices online at 99.99% availability. Proactive monitoring, resilience engineering and hard-won operational discipline turned infrastructure into something the business could stop worrying about.

At Kelvin Gulf General Contracting, a multi-location infrastructure redesign — secure connectivity, backup, enterprise systems — and the vendor selection behind a new HR platform.

Two years delivering managed technology services and enterprise deployments for clients including Mashreq Bank and HSBC — an early education in what enterprise-grade actually means.

His first technology role: developing and rolling out an electronic non-conformance management system, and training the cross-functional stakeholders who'd have to trust it.
